Terms of Service

CacheVerifier provides an API and dashboard for verifying semantic cache hits and fine-tuning a tenant-specific verifier on your own feedback data, as described on our Docs page. Self-serve access (verify, feedback, fine-tune jobs) and the Health Check Report are provided free of charge; see Pricing for current status.

Managed subscriptions (Growth, Scale) bill monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page — cancellation stops future renewals, but we don't refund the current billing period; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Usage top-ups are a one-time purchase of prepaid credit and are non-refundable once applied to your account balance.

• You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and API keys.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate registration information.
• You're responsible for the content of any query/answer data you submit — don't submit data you don't have the right to use.

Don't attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent rate limits or authentication on the service; don't use it to process unlawful content; don't attempt to access another tenant's data or credentials.

The service is under active development. We don't currently offer a formal uptime SLA, and features (including pricing) may change as we validate the product. We'll do our best to communicate meaningful changes, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of availability.

You own the data you submit and the verifier models fine-tuned from it. We process that data solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate the acceptable-use terms above.
